Nyanza Update: Quarterly Provincial Newsletter on the Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision Programme The second issue of this quarterly newsletter highlights the importance of community participation in the effort to expand access to voluntary medical male circumcision services in Kenya's Nyanza Province. Progress Report on Kenya's Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision Programme 2008-09: Summary This report summarises the challenges, achievements, and lessons learned from Kenya's experience in expanding access to male circumcision for HIV prevention. Consultation to Review Manufacturing, Clinical and Regulatory Requirements for Male Circumcision Devices to Support Programme Expansion in High HIV Incidence Settings in Africa This is the report of a meeting held in Nairobi 11-12 March 2009 to review the current knowledge on male circumcision devices and their potential to support rapid programme scale-up in areas with a high incidence of heterosexually acquired HIV infection. Tools and Guidelines Quality Assurance for Male Circumcision Services Training Package, 2010 This training package is designed to help facility and programme managers conduct workshops on quality assurance and facilitate the provision of safe, high-quality male circumcision services. Reviews Neonatal and Child Male Circumcision: A Global Review The report reviews global practices in male circumcision of neonates and children, covering topics such as prevalence, age at circumcision, type and training of provider, common circumcision methods, frequency of complications, and cost.
