Developed for use at facilities or other sites where voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) will be offered, the PEPFAR guide provides implementing partners with a comprehensive and consistent process for establishing VMMC services for HIV prevention. It draws upon numerous guidance documents developed by UNAIDS, the World Health Organization, and the VMMC Technical Working Group of the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
This fourth part of the guide is a resource document containing links to international guidance documents selected for use with the guide's operational guidelines.
