In an article in the Journal of the International AIDS Society, the authors demonstrate the feasibility of using an HIV prevention cascade to develop interventions with an example from a program in Zimbabwe designed to overcome barriers to effective use of pre-exposure prophylaxis among adolescent girls and young women and adoption of voluntary medical male circumcision by their male partners.
