The Clearninghouse on Male Circumcision for HIV Prevention is moving to the new Global HIV Prevention Coalition’s Resource Hub. All of our resources have been transferred to the GPC site, where additional VMMC resources will continue to be posted as part of the Adolescent Boys and Men pillar. This site will no longer be available beginning May 1, 2024.
This systematic review in the journal AIDS and Behavior predominantly explores women’s knowledge of male circumcision, including its protective benefits. The findings show variable knowledge among women and suggest that more education might increase women’s support of the male circumcision.
