Cost and Cost-effectiveness of Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision in Street-connected Youth: Findings from an Education-based Pilot Intervention in Eldoret, Kenya

A micro-costing approach was used to estimate the cost of a pilot education-based voluntary medical male circumcision intervention among 116 Kenyan youth living on the streets. The results, published in AIDS Research and Therapy, show that the intervention was highly cost-effective and that scale-up should be considered.
