DREAMS Country Update: Uganda | Clearinghouse on Male Circumcision

The Clearninghouse on Male Circumcision for HIV Prevention is moving to the new Global HIV Prevention Coalition’s Resource Hub. All of our resources have been transferred to the GPC site, where additional VMMC resources will continue to be posted as part of the Adolescent Boys and Men pillar. This site will no longer be available beginning May 1, 2024.

This presentation describes the Determine, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored and Safe (DREAMS) project in Uganda, including its efforts to link the male partners of adolescent girls and young women with voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) services. It was presented as part of a 2016 Project IQ webinar, "The Men of Our Dreams: Linking Male Partners of Adolescent Girls and Young Women Served by DREAMS to VMMC and Other HIV Services."
