An observational study explored the factors associated with delayed healing (longer than six weeks) after placement of the PrePex device for adult medical male circumcision among 427 men at three clinics in western Kenya. The findings were published in a special supplement of the Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndromes about studies on the introduction of the ShangRing and PrePex devices.
