As described in this article in AIDS and Behavior, motivation for male circumcision among adolescent boys was studied through a survey administered to this population in urban and rural areas of Zimbabwe. Behavioral, normative, efficacy, and control beliefs were identified through multiple regression analysis and stepwise regression analysis.
