The Clearninghouse on Male Circumcision for HIV Prevention is moving to the new Global HIV Prevention Coalition’s Resource Hub. All of our resources have been transferred to the GPC site, where additional VMMC resources will continue to be posted as part of the Adolescent Boys and Men pillar. This site will no longer be available beginning May 1, 2024.
A pilot study among HIV-serodiscordant couples in Kenya estimated transmission risk during condomless sex when participants were using a comprehensive safer-sex package that included referral for voluntary medical male circumcision. The results are published in this article in the Journal of the International AIDS Society.
