Increasing Demand for VMMC in Males 15 and Older | Clearinghouse on Male Circumcision

The Clearninghouse on Male Circumcision for HIV Prevention is moving to the new Global HIV Prevention Coalition’s Resource Hub. All of our resources have been transferred to the GPC site, where additional VMMC resources will continue to be posted as part of the Adolescent Boys and Men pillar. This site will no longer be available beginning May 1, 2024.

During a 2 April 2020 webinar organised by the AIDSFree Project, Maria Tanque of Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs and Francisco Zita of AIDSFree gave a presentation on the steps taken in Mozambique to balance the supply of and demand for voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) services and to increase uptake of VMMC among clients 15 years of age and older.
