This card is part of the Intervention Design Tool. One of the four Action Catalyst Tools (ACT) for Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC), the tool is designed to organize information about specific barriers to uptake of VMMC in ways that will help teams define the challenges and explore solutions. The instructions describe how to use this card, along with other parts of the tool, to create "idea capture cards" that represent fully considered ideas for interventions, which could be subsequently tested and improved.
