To increase adoption of male circumcision among older men, the Impact Research and Development Organization in Kenya developed a tool to assist social mobilisers to communicate consistent, standardised messages to prospective clients and provide targeted messages that are tailored to address the particular circumstances and concerns of each prospective client. This case study is one of the promising practices in VMMC documented by BBC Media Action in 2013.
