The Clearninghouse on Male Circumcision for HIV Prevention is moving to the new Global HIV Prevention Coalition’s Resource Hub. All of our resources have been transferred to the GPC site, where additional VMMC resources will continue to be posted as part of the Adolescent Boys and Men pillar. This site will no longer be available beginning May 1, 2024.

Dr. Buhle Ncube of the World Health Organization’s Regional Office for Africa summarises the progress and impact of voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) programmes for HIV prevention, the contributions of the Joint Strategic Action Framework (2012-2016), and the lessons learned so far. She gave this presentation at the meeting on implementing VMMC 2021 in Durban, South Africa, on 27 February 2017.
