Optimizing Prevention of HIV and Unplanned Pregnancy in Discordant African Couples

Heterosexual serodiscordant Zambian couples were followed for three months to determine rates of dual method use for prevention of both pregnancy and HIV. The research, described in this article in the Journal of Women’s Health, also examined predictors of condom use only or modern contraceptive use with inconsistent condom use.
