Prevention in East and Southern Africa: 2012–2016.  The seven pillars are:  1. Leadership and Advocacy, 2. Country implementation, 3. Innovations for scale-up, 4. Communication, 
5. Resource mobilization, 6. Monitoring and evaluation, and 7. Coordination and accountability.
