Dr. Fabian Ndenzako of the World Health Organization presents the key steps to establishing the long-term, multisectoral partnerships emphasised in the VMMC Framework 2021, the critical elements of and challenges raised by such partnerships, and the roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders in those partnerships. He gave this presentation at the Meeting on Implementing the 2017-2021 Framework for Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision for the Eastern and Southern Africa Region in Durban, South Africa, on 1 March 2017.
