The Clearninghouse on Male Circumcision for HIV Prevention is moving to the new Global HIV Prevention Coalition’s Resource Hub. All of our resources have been transferred to the GPC site, where additional VMMC resources will continue to be posted as part of the Adolescent Boys and Men pillar. This site will no longer be available beginning May 1, 2024.
This presentation summarises emerging lessons on how to prevent and manage urethral fistula, a rare but serious complication of voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC). It was presented at a 2017 Project IQ webinar, "Emerging Issues in VMMC Safety: Staying on the Cutting Edge."
