thumbnail_process_eval_MCUTS

A process evaluation was conducted of two interventions that used soccer and circumcised men trained as facilitator-coaches to increase uptake of voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC): Make-the-Cut (MCUTS), which targeted adult men on soccer teams, and MCUTS+, which was designed for secondary school boys. The results of this investigation into perceptions of the program, participants’ understanding of its content, and other factors influencing uptake of the procedure appear in a supplement to the Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndromes about interventions to create demand for VMMC.
