Soul City is a South African nongovernmental organisation (NGO) and production company that focuses on HIV prevention through behaviour change communication. The NGO has promoted discussion about the pros and cons of voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) and has conducted workshops to develop messages based on audience research and evidence about VMMC. This case study is one of the promising practices in VMMC documented by BBC Media Action in 2013.
