The Clearninghouse on Male Circumcision for HIV Prevention is moving to the new Global HIV Prevention Coalition’s Resource Hub. All of our resources have been transferred to the GPC site, where additional VMMC resources will continue to be posted as part of the Adolescent Boys and Men pillar. This site will no longer be available beginning May 1, 2024.
The Tanzania HIV Impact Survey 2016-2017 (THIS) was a nationally representative, cross-sectional, population-based survey of households across the United Republic of Tanzania. The final report includes a section presenting data on self-reported circumcision status among men by HIV test result and selected demographic characteristics (see pages 150-52).
