This plan was developed to serve as a dynamic guide for the transition of Zambia’s VMMC programme from a largely vertical effort to a routine programme that is integrated with other Ministry of Health services. The document describes the development of the sustainability plan, the strategic vision for achieving sustainability, and the plan for realising that vision. The sustainability plan and its development are also summarized in a slide presentation and a recording from a December 2020 webinar.
