The Clearninghouse on Male Circumcision for HIV Prevention is moving to the new Global HIV Prevention Coalition’s Resource Hub. All of our resources have been transferred to the GPC site, where additional VMMC resources will continue to be posted as part of the Adolescent Boys and Men pillar. This site will no longer be available beginning May 1, 2024.
This tool, included in the PEPFAR guide to best practices for voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) site operations, is a form for recording information about a client, including the primary indication for circumcision, medical history, and information about the procedure performed and follow-up care.
