Programme managers can use the Site Capacity and Productivity Assessment Tool (SCPT) to assess the productivity and efficiency of sites providing voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC). With the SCPT, they can collect monthly VMMC-related facility-level data and generate analytics (in the form of downloadable tables and graphs) for program M&E and reporting. A case study describes how the SCPT can be used along with other tools to help programmes plan demand creation for VMMC.
