Zimbabwe's plan maps out how the country will transition from scale-up to a more sustainable model of delivering voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) through integration of the VMMC programme in routine health services. The plan will guide efforts to decentralise VMMC services, build the capacity of service providers and health managers, and strengthen partnerships.
