The Clearninghouse on Male Circumcision for HIV Prevention is moving to the new Global HIV Prevention Coalition’s Resource Hub. All of our resources have been transferred to the GPC site, where additional VMMC resources will continue to be posted as part of the Adolescent Boys and Men pillar. The purpose of external quality asssessment (EQA) is to rapidly gain a comprehensive objective assessment of VMMC program quality. The following tools are updated versions of instruments used by PEPFAR implementing agencies and most content remains similar to previous iterations that are currently in wide circulation. Organized into Tools A through J along with a descriptive site characteristics tool, each instrument focuses on a specific topic in VMMC service delivery or demand creation. The tools are not ranked in order of importance.

This tool (A) covers verification of the SOPs, guidelines, policies, job aids, and recording forms and registers related to VMMC services.
