The Health Communication Partnership (HCP) project developed and implemented communication strategies and strengthened capacity in social and behaviour change communication. This report explains the theoretical framework and approaches that guided the HCP’s work in Uganda. It describes the rationale, interventions, and key results for HCP’s interventions from 2007 to 2012 and highlights communication innovations and promising practices for partners to adopt.
