Dirk Taljaard of the Centre for HIV and AIDS Prevention Studies (CHAPS) reports on the expansion of community mobilisation to promote voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) in South Africa and targeted recruitment of VMMC clients ages 15 to 29 in Swaziland.
