The impact that promoting medical male circumcision (MMC) has on women’s awareness, beliefs, and behaviours is explored in this article in Global Public Health. Women’s awareness of MMC, circumcision risk compensation beliefs, and risk perceptions were associated with decreased condom use and higher HIV risk index scores.
