This study was designed to collect information on the prevalence of complications (adverse effects) resulting from traditional male circumcision in the Bugisu region during the 2010 traditional circumcision season. The findings will be used to advocate among Bagisu cultural leaders for the integration of safe medical male circumcision during lmbalu.
