Scaling Up Early Infant Male Circumcision: Lessons from the Kingdom of Swaziland

Swaziland is the first country to introduce national early infant male circumcision (EIMC) into its voluntary medical male circumcision programme for HIV prevention. The authors of this article, published in a special supplement of the journal Global Health: Science and Practice, review Swaziland’s experience with EIMC from 2010 to 2014, describing its successes and challenges.
