This case study documents lessons learned from using a collaborative, data-driven approach to improve coordination between partners working with the Ministry of Health on the demand for and supply of voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) services in Mozambique’s programme. The collaborative process, which began in 2015, resulted in a nearly five-fold increase in the number of adolescents and men accessing VMMC services in fiscal year 2017.
